The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) programs that I teach are offered apart from my psychology practice. While the research points to numerous mental and physical health benefits from MBSR and MSC, they are not meant to be a substitute for psychotherapy. Participants in MBSR ad MSC must attend a free information seminar and meet with me before enrolling in the class.
