April 23 - June 11 Monday nights from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
This is a group therapy program for people who have had previous episodes of depression and want to decrease the likelihood of future episodes through the establishment of a meditation practice. The program combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and multiple modalities of mindfulness meditation. At the end of the eight week series, participants will have developed an individualized practice that best fits their own tempermant.
Because this is a clinical program, participants will need to meet with Dr. Earnest indivudally for a screening interview before signing up for the group. Call or email Dr. Earnest for details.
